Genesis Primary Care EMR - Now supports HL7 import and orders and electronic prescriptions

Genesis Systems is pleased to announce the latest updates to it's EMR (Electronic Medical Records) system.

Designed for primary care professionals, Genesis Primary Care EMR creates an electronic medical record for resembles a well-organized paper chart.  Its simplicity of appearence and function, however, complements a powerful and reliable  server-operated database program.

Latest updates include HL7 (Health Level Seven) support for importing of medical labs and lab ordering.  Additional updates include electronic prescriptions.

Additional features that will be released in Qtr 1, 2011 will include drug interaction, formularies and drug information.
